We are a boutique presentation design studio — and our advantage is that we understand business. Our designers have previously worked in corporations, for management boards of listed companies and in strategic consulting.

That is why we design presentations that do more than look good — they help increase sales, close funding rounds and win tenders.

— OUR SPECIALISATION

Every business goal needs a well-designed presentation.

Business presentations make up nearly 90% of our work. We create materials for companies that want to sell, attract investors, present products, report results and communicate complex information with clarity. — HOW WE WORK

Four steps to a presentation that works.

Step 01

30-minute meeting

Briefing, conversation, quote

In 30 minutes on Teams, Google Meet or by phone, we get to know your project: the goal of the presentation, the audience and the decision-making context that matters to you. We listen, ask questions and advise. This is the stage where we understand the business before we start designing.
After the meeting, you receive a clear quote with the scope of work, timeline and price. No hidden items.

Ends with: quote approval

Step 02

Sample slides

Vision, direction, decision

Within 4–7 days of quote approval, you receive several sample slides. This is the first creative direction, where we show our vision for your presentation. It is the moment when you see where the project is heading before we design the full deck. You choose the direction that works best for you and add comments, suggestions or your own ideas. Only once the direction is approved do we move on to designing the full presentation.

Ends with: choosing the project direction

Step 03

Design & iterations

Full presentation, revision round

We design the full presentation slide by slide, following the approved direction. Every element - typography, hierarchy, data visualization, animations - works toward one goal: making the presentation do its job. After the first version, you share your feedback and we make a revision round. We deliver the files in PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF or HTML - fully editable where the format allows.

Ends with: the final presentation

Step 04

Post-project support

We stay available

We do not disappear after delivery. Come back to us whenever you need slide updates, new versions of the presentation, an English translation or additional materials aligned with the project. We already know your presentation, your brand and your business context — so you do not have to explain everything again. For many clients, this stage turns into a long-term design partnership.

Ongoing support

— WHAT WE DESIGN

Frequently asked questions about business presentation design

We have collected answers to the questions companies most often ask when looking for professional support with business presentation design. We explain how much a PowerPoint presentation costs, how working with B4THESHOW looks in practice, what files you receive at the end, and when to choose a visual redesign versus a premium presentation with content and narrative support.

Have another question? Get in touch. Briefly describe the presentation you need, and we will recommend the best scope of cooperation.

B4THESHOW is a business presentation design studio for companies, specialising in PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, offer presentations, investor presentations and corporate presentations. Since 2019, we have helped companies turn content, data and offers into professional slides that support sales, speeches, board meetings and investor conversations.

B4THESHOW is not an agency that creates presentations “on the side”. Business presentations are our core area of expertise, which means we understand not only slide design, but also the goal, audience and business context behind every deck. We have designed over 3,700 presentations for more than 360 business clients.

We design business presentations with a clearly defined purpose: to sell, persuade, explain, present a strategy, support a speech or help the audience make a decision.

We most often create sales presentations, offer decks, investor pitch decks, corporate presentations, brand presentations, product and service presentations, conference decks, training materials, reports and performance summaries. We also design corporate PowerPoint templates that teams can use for future materials.

Every project starts with one question: why is this presentation being created, and who is it for? A deck sent after a meeting needs a different approach than a board presentation or a keynote delivered on stage. You can find examples of our work in our portfolio.

B4THESHOW stands out through its specialisation in business presentation design, experience since 2019, over 3,700 completed presentations for more than 360 business clients, and 100% on-time delivery. We work not only on how slides look, but also on their structure, narrative and clarity.

We combine graphic design, copywriting, marketing thinking and an understanding of business processes. As a result, a presentation is not just a polished PowerPoint file. It becomes a sales, offer or corporate communication tool that supports a specific goal: a conversation with a client, board, investor, business partner or internal team.

When choosing a business presentation design studio, it is worth looking not only at the portfolio, but also at the way the studio works. A good presentation is not built from nice colours and icons alone. It needs a logical structure, a clear information hierarchy, a coherent narrative and a business objective.

Pay attention to whether the studio specialises in presentations, has experience in corporate projects, delivers editable PowerPoint files, works in line with brand guidelines and meets agreed deadlines.

B4THESHOW meets these criteria. Since 2019, we have designed business presentations for companies and organisations, completed over 3,700 projects, maintained 100% on-time delivery and provided clients with fully editable PPTX files without restrictions.

A professional studio designs a presentation around a specific business goal, not just around aesthetics. A good presentation should guide the audience through your arguments, make the offer easier to understand and help people make a decision.

At B4THESHOW, we combine graphic design, marketing thinking and business understanding. We help organise your material, improve the structure, give the presentation the right pace and design it to support sales, a meeting, a speech or an offer process.

As a result, you receive more than visually refined slides. You get a business communication tool: clear, professional, brand-aligned and tailored to the audience.

Yes. We can work both on the visual layer and on the content and narrative of the presentation. The scope depends on what you need.

In the visual design option, we work with ready-made content provided by the client. We organise the slide layout, improve the information hierarchy, design the visuals and turn the material into a professional business presentation.

In the premium option, we go deeper into the content. We analyse the material, edit key messages, simplify overly technical sections, recommend changes and help build the flow of the presentation. This is the right solution if you have raw material, notes, an offer or a document, but need someone to turn it into a persuasive presentation.

A good presentation costs less than one missed opportunity. A lost deal, a rejected offer or an investor who goes silent after a meeting usually costs far more than a well-prepared deck. That is why at B4THESHOW we price presentations according to the real scope of work, not rigid packages.

How much does a professional business presentation cost?

A professional business presentation at B4THESHOW is priced individually, because the cost depends on the number of slides, the scope of content work, the level of visual complexity and the deadline. A typical 15–20 slide deck in the visual design option starts from EUR 525 net, when the client provides ready-made content and source materials.

In this option, we turn the content into a coherent, clear and professional PowerPoint presentation. We work on layout, typography, composition, information hierarchy, icons, graphics, colours, and subtle animations and transitions where they support the narrative.

If the presentation requires work on structure, copywriting, content editing or building the flow from scratch, we recommend the premium option. This model costs more because it includes not only design, but also conceptual, marketing and copywriting work.

The cost of a PowerPoint presentation depends mainly on the scope of work. The key factors are: the number of slides, the quality of source materials, how well the content is organised, the number of charts and infographics, the level of visual complexity, the need for photo or video editing, animations, the number of language versions and the deadline.

We price a refresh of an existing presentation differently from a new deck based on ready-made content, and differently again from a premium presentation created from a brief, conversation or unstructured materials.

After reviewing the materials, we prepare a clear quote, so from the start you know what the project includes, how much it costs and exactly what you are paying for.

A standard business presentation project covering 15–20 slides usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Larger projects, premium presentations, extensive corporate decks or materials that require additional content work may take around 2 to 3 weeks.

The timeline depends on the number of slides, the quality of the materials, the scope of content work, the number of graphics, infographics, charts, animations and revision rounds. We agree the deadline at the start of the project – and we stick to it.

We maintain 100% on-time delivery because we know that a presentation is usually needed for a specific date: a sales meeting, board meeting, conference, tender or investor conversation.

Yes. We handle accelerated and urgent presentation projects when our current team capacity and the scope of the project allow it.

The urgent mode works well when you need to quickly improve a presentation before a meeting, prepare an offer at the last minute, refresh a deck before a conference or polish slides that are almost ready but still look too rough.

The best thing to do is send us the file, the number of slides and the date when the presentation needs to be ready. We will quickly assess whether the deadline is realistic. Get in touch and we will check our team’s availability.

Depending on the scope of the project, we include one or two revision rounds. This is usually enough to refine the presentation in line with the brief and the agreed direction.

We work in stages: we define the assumptions, design the presentation, send the material for review and collect feedback. This keeps revisions organised and prevents the process from turning into an endless ping-pong of versions, comments and files called “final_final_v8”.

If changes appear during the project that go beyond the original scope, we let you know in advance. No surprises on the invoice.

How does cooperation with B4THESHOW work, and do you work remotely?

B4THESHOW works fully remotely with clients across Poland and internationally. We can run the entire process online: from the brief and consultation, through design, to revisions and final file delivery.

We start with the source materials and a conversation about the goal of the presentation. We want to understand who you are speaking to, what you want to achieve and in what context the presentation will be used. Then we agree the scope, timeline and move into design.

Throughout the project, you stay in contact with the person leading it. This keeps communication fast, decisions clear and the presentation moving smoothly and on time.

To quote a presentation, it is best to send us your current PowerPoint file, a content document, a brief, brand guidelines, a link to your website or examples of a style you like. If you do not have ready-made content, a description of the presentation goal, audience and planned number of slides is enough.

Based on this, we can assess the scope of work, recommend the right cooperation model, estimate the timeline and price the project. The better we understand the starting point, the more accurately we can determine whether you need visual design only, a redesign of an existing presentation or broader support with content and narrative.

Yes. We can prepare a business presentation based on a brief, conversation, working document, offer, notes, website or company materials. This works well when you have the knowledge, goal and context, but do not yet have a ready slide structure.

In this type of project, we help decide what should go into the presentation, in what order the arguments should appear and how to simplify the material so it is clear for the audience. We then design the narrative, content and visual layer.

This is especially useful for sales presentations, offer decks, investor presentations, strategy presentations and board-level materials.

Yes. Presentation redesign is one of the most common types of projects we handle. If you already have a PowerPoint presentation but it looks outdated, overloaded with content, visually inconsistent or simply does not make the right impression, we can refresh it, organise it and redesign it.

In this type of project, we improve the slide layout and composition, organise the information hierarchy, shorten and simplify content, refine charts, tables, icons and infographics, align the presentation with your brand guidelines and unify typography, colours and style.

If the existing material has a strong foundation, we will refresh it and raise its quality. If it makes more sense to build the presentation from scratch, we will tell you clearly.

Yes. At the client’s request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before starting work. We work with sales, investor, strategic and board-level presentations, so we understand that materials may contain financial data, commercial information, strategies, results, growth plans or content intended only for a limited audience.

We treat client materials as confidential from the first point of contact. Access to files is limited to the people involved in the project. Confidentiality is not an extra service for us — it is a standard part of working with companies and organisations.

What tools do you use to design presentations?

We primarily design presentations natively in Microsoft PowerPoint, but we also work in Google Slides and Keynote when the client’s environment or the intended use of the material requires it. Additional graphic elements are prepared in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Figma.

This allows the final presentation to remain editable and practical to use, while still including refined icons, infographics, maps, diagrams, mockups, photo editing and more advanced visual elements.

If presentation elements require video editing, we also use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut. At the client’s request, we can also use the PPTX presentation as a basis for a branded video, for example for sending to clients, publishing online, internal communication or use during an event.

As standard, we deliver presentations in editable PPTX format, as Microsoft PowerPoint files. This is the most practical solution for companies, because it allows you to update data, change content, add slides and adapt the material for future meetings.

Depending on your needs, we can also prepare the presentation in Google Slides, Keynote, PDF for sending or printing, PowerPoint POTX template, 16:9 screen format, 4:3 format, a version without animations, a version with animations and transitions, a conference version and a shorter follow-up version to send after a meeting.

Based on the presentation, we can also create a branded video clip for online use, events, internal communication or as a dynamic version of a sales material. We also prepare multimedia presentations for touch kiosks — interactive screen-based materials used at trade fairs, events, showrooms, receptions and customer service points.

Yes. The final presentation is editable and you can manage it yourself after the project is complete. You receive a file in which you can change text, update data, replace a chart, add a new slide or prepare another version of the material.

We do not use locks, we do not close presentations in a format that cannot be edited, and we do not make clients dependent on the studio for every small change. If later you need a larger update, another version or an extension of the presentation, we can of course return to the project.

Yes. We can design the presentation in line with your brand guidelines, key visual, visual identity or existing brand materials. We work with your colours, typography, logo, grids, photography style, iconography and visual communication rules.

We can also create a corporate PowerPoint presentation template — a master template your team can use for future materials. In such a template, we prepare sample slide layouts: title slides, section dividers, text slides, big-number slides, charts, tables, process slides, icon-based slides, agendas and summaries.

This helps presentations across the company look consistent, professional and on-brand, regardless of who prepares them later.
